Whistleblower System

IMS Gear fosters an open corporate culture. We expressly encourage employees, business partners, and stakeholders to report any legal violations or compliance breaches relating to IMS Gear at an early stage. This enables us to identify risks together and avert negative consequences for people and the environment.

What can be reported?

Our reporting system can be used to report any violations in a professional context that affect the IMS Gear Group. This includes, in particular, white-collar crime such as corruption, fraud, or violations of competition law. Equally important are reports relating to integrity and safety, such as data protection violations or product safety defects. In the social and environmental sphere, we also take reports of discrimination, (sexual) harassment, and violations of human rights or environmental protection laws very seriously.

How are whistleblowers protected?

Your safety is our top priority, which is why we provide comprehensive protection for individuals who submit reports to the best of their knowledge and belief. We guarantee strict confidentiality through processing by trained experts and offer the technical option of submitting reports completely anonymously. IMS Gear ensures that whistleblowers are not subject to any reprisals or negative consequences.
