We use our own software to improve gearing profiles other than DIN norms and standards. This makes our gears run quieter, they show less wear and provide higher power performance with respect to strength and durability, they are less sensitive to tolerances and have less backlash.

Hob production
IMS Gear produces its own tools for the production of metal gearing parts. Theory and practice are under one roof, offering you an enormous time advantage.
Sample and small series production
Our own highly efficient sample shop, operating in 2 production shifts, will deliver your first individual gears right through to small series within just a few days, with our own value added chain making us independent from external suppliers.
Test Laboratory
To ensure the continued advance development of our gear characteristics and our product quality, we subject our standard products to regular test runs with respect to acoustics, load and stress, wear behavior, etc.
Process planning
Our own process planning results in reliable production with minimum costs and low reject rates at ultimate quality.
Moldmaking
Making our own plastic injection molding tools allows us to implement our designs and constructions with uncompromizing internal quality standards.
